Abstract

The adoption of federal laws on the creation of territories of special economic status with a system of preferences for the development of entrepreneurship initiates the restoration of the industrial and demographic potential of the Russian Far East. It is quite justified at the same time that special attention is paid to the inclusion of high-tech enterprises in the residents of such territories, implementing new investment projects that are provided with relevant business plans and guarantees for the production of products and services that are competitive on the national and foreign markets. The purpose of this study was to conduct a multifactor expert assessment of the socio-economic feasibility of implementing as a resident of the Free Port of Vladivostok a project to transition from traditional extraction of bioresources on the continental shelf to the catch of macrourus and crab-snow crab in the Japanese, Okhotsk and Bering seas at depths of up to 2500 meters, high-quality products.
